The Online Intermediate Course
This course builds on the Introductory Course and covers more of the fundamentals, including soups, salads, pasta and one-pot dishes. How to cook a steak, roast a chicken, and prepare a stock, stir-fry and curry are all covered, as are sweet treats, such as a pie, a cake and meringues. You’ll also learn how to devise a time schedule, create a menu and plan a week of meals.
Note: unless you’ve done a beginners’ course elsewhere, you’ll need to do our Online Introductory Course before you can start this one.
