In the Baking Basics Course, you’ll learn how to make an array of sweet and savoury recipes that hail from Britain, Europe and the US. Among them are comforting cakes and crunchy churros, delicious dough balls and brilliant breads, and moreish muffins, featherlight meringues and fudgy brownies. These recipes will show you how easy and rewarding baking can be, teaching you lots of practical kitchen skills, along with tips and techniques to guarantee success (plus ways to fix mistakes!). You’ll also learn about kitchen safety, food hygiene and how to follow a recipe. £150 for 12 weeks.
