‘Lorna’s course really demystified cooking for me, which gave me more confidence to try things out. I really liked being able to do it at home and fit it in around studying for my GCSEs’

Tom, aged 16

‘I’m not the best of cooks, but I still love having a go, and all the recipes I made were delicious – and easy enough even for me to get right’

Holly, aged 15
