In the Introductory Course, we’ll teach you all the fundamentals, including healthy breakfast dishes, perfect pasta and rice, fuss-free fish, a simple Sunday-lunch traybake, brilliant ways with Bolognese, and the baking basics too. You’ll also learn about kitchen safety, food hygiene and how to follow a recipe. £150 for 12 weeks.
