In this second Street Food Course, you’ll learn to make even more delectable dishes from around the world. There are authentic satays, spicy noodles and crisp-battered tempura from Asia, while from America, there are tempting tiny pancakes and chocolate-chip cookie sweet treats. All these recipes and more, including a Spanish one-pot pasta paella and a luscious Italian ice cream, will teach you a wide range of practical kitchen skills and techniques. You’ll also learn about safety, food hygiene and how to follow a recipe. £150 for 12 weeks.
